Ben and Jill are simply great. They are always helpful and speedy when things are needed to be taken care of. I’ve lived with BEN Properties for the last 2 years and it has been a pleasure. Aside from helping when it is needed, they are also even better people. They are extremely personable, understanding, and are always leading with kindness!

I first moved in to one of Ben and Jill’s properties when I was starting a master’s program at UC a few years ago. Needless to say, it can be difficult to find a high quality and well-maintained place to live for a relatively low price in a college area, but BEN Properties delivers exactly that. They've done a great job transforming the interior of older buildings into modern, unique places to live. Additionally, Ben and Jill are kind, responsive, and understanding of the needs of their tenants. They have a good eye for character and clearly try to rent to people who would be “good neighbors.” I’ve experienced this in my building over the past few years—people here are reliably kind, quiet, and easy to get along with. For me, that’s a huge plus, especially when living right by a university. Ben and Jill’s care and attention to these details have made living here a truly great experience. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to live in the Clifton area!
